When you send an inquiry, azul. stores the contact details and project information you provide so César Vargas can respond and manage the potential engagement. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive medical records.
Optional first-party analytics measure page visits, referral domains, campaign labels, broad device category, country, and clicks on contact or portfolio links. Tracking starts only if you allow analytics, respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and uses a random session identifier that resets each day. It does not store raw IP addresses in analytics, use advertising pixels, or track you across other websites. Counts represent tracked sessions, not a verified count of individual people. Reports cover a rolling 90-day window. Older analytics and expired spam-prevention records are removed during routine cleanup when the site is used.
Inquiries are kept in a private database and may be sent to the business mailbox through Resend when email delivery is connected. The initial acknowledgment is automatic; personal responses are reviewed. A connected AI assistant may help César prepare a draft, with human review before sending. The hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services.
Deleting an inquiry from the dashboard does not erase copies already delivered to an email mailbox or processed by the email provider. Project inquiries are retained while the conversation or business relationship is active and for related business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact hello@azulprm.com. Limited short-lived security records help prevent spam; they are separate from visitor analytics.
